Welcome to our website !

It is my privilege to be the new Headteacher at Gladstone Primary Academy,  having already worked at the school for 16 years as Deputy Headteacher. I am proud to have been part of Gladstone's journey during the period of the amalgamation between Adderley Green Infants and Woodhouse Junior School.  We moved into our fabulous new school and 'state of the arts' building in 2009.

Gladstone is also proud to be part of the Societas Trust Trust where we continue to work very closely with other members of the 'Societas Family' - Alsager's Bank, Ash Green, Ellison, Goldenhill and Summerbank, Carmountside  Academies and our associate academies, Oaklands Nursery and Burnwood Primary. 

At Gladstone we believe that as people ‘we are all equally different’ and have an exciting and engaging curriculum which develops and celebrates pupils’ gifts and talents across the whole primary phase.

Everyone who visits Gladstone is impressed with the very special atmosphere that exists, the behaviour and attitudes of the children and the excellent relationships that exist between school, parents and the wider community.

I hope that the website will give you lots of information about school and a ‘feel for’ life at Gladstone. We believe that Gladstone is a very special place to learn. I can not imagine wanting to work anywhere else and hope that you will be able to see why!
